Anh, Dental Hygienist: Anh is a native of Olympia, Washington. She graduated for the dental hygiene program at Shorline Community College and has worked in the dental field since 2003.; Duties: Educating patients about their oral health and maintaining a healthy smile.; Favorite thing about the practice of dentistry: Learning and applying new information and techniques that improve patients’ oral health.; Favorite thing about working with Dr. Baker:

Gisela, CDA: Gisela has lived in Seattle since 1965 and has worked in the field of dentistry since 1979.; Duties: Dental Assistant, appointment scheduling.; Favorite thing about the practice of dentistry: Making people smile.; Favorite thing about working with Dr. Baker: Great attitude.; Favorite thing about your job: Interacting with people.; Leisure activities: Gardening, day hikes, reading, cooking.

Louanne, Dental Hygienist: Louanne has worked in the dental field since 2007. Prior to becoming a hygienist, she worked as an event manager at Microsoft and served as an account executive in high-tech public relations. Louanne also holds a bachelors degree in communications from Purdue University. She spent her childhood in Wisconsin, Minnesota, Illinois, and Indiana, and has lived in Seattle since 1996.; Duties: Provides oral hygiene instruction and work in tandem with Dr. Baker to enroll patients in treatment. Works with patients to either prevent or control periodontal disease through cleanings.; Favorite thing about the practice of dentistry: Helping patients improve quality of life through better oral health.; Favorite thing about working with Dr. Baker: He is very compassionate, patient and understanding.; Favorite thing about your job: Interacting with patients during the day and building long-term relationships.; Leisure activities: Skiing, rowing, knitting, working out, golfing and reading.

Shawna, Dental Assistant: Shawna is a native of Washington State, having grown up in Snohomish. She is married and expecting her 1st baby in November.; Duties: Dental Assisting, sterilization.; Favorite thing about the practice of dentistry: Seeing the outcome of patients’ treatment and their beautiful smiles.; Favorite thing about working with Dr. Baker: He is funny and really nice to work with and learn from.; Favorite things about your job: Meeting new people and working with our fun team.; Leisure activities: Spending time with family and friends, selling candles and working out.

Val, Business Manager: Val has worked in the field of dentistry since 1985. She grew up in Seattle and has lived in Shoreline since 2003.; Duties: Insurance Guru, accounts payable, and receivables.; Favorite thing about the practice of dentistry: Helping patients understand insurance and utilize their benefits.; Favorite thing about working with Dr. Baker: His overall vibe just makes this practice and each day just great.; Favorite things about your job: My relationship with our patients and our team.; Leisure activities: Working out at the gym, hanging out with my grandchildren.
